Return & Refund Policy

Return (How & When)

  • We follow a 2‑Day Return Policy for all products (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • To return:
  • 1. Call Customer Support at +91‑9115697337 within 15 days of receiving the order to request a return and opt for pickup.
  • 2. Within 2 business days, you’ll receive pickup confirmation via email
  • 3. The logistics partner will collect the item within up to 7 business days.
  • Conditions for acceptance:
  • • Item must be unused, unmarked, in original packaging, with all tags, accessories, parts included.
  • • Name/image/brand/serial number/bar code and MRP tag should match and must be intact.
  • • The product should have no damage, scratches, dents, tears, holes.
  • • Original packaging should be undamaged.
  • If the order arrives damaged, you must notify them within 48 hours with photos.

Exchanges

  • They do not offer exchanges (for alternate color, style, or size). You must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after they receive and inspect the returned product in its original condition.
  • The refund is made via the original payment method (credit / debit / net banking)
  • The refund amount will typically reflect within 5 to 14 days, depending on your bank.
  • The management reserves the right to accept or reject returns / refunds based on condition, and may modify the policy without prior notice.
